**Submission:** Proposals shall be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/glynncounty by **1:30 pm on Thursday, November 12, 2026**. Glynn County will not accept late Proposals.
The Proposer's response shall include a technical proposal and a separate fee proposal. Practical response must not have fees listed therein. If a fee is located in the practical/technical response, the submission will be considered non-responsive and will not be evaluated.
The Contract will be awarded to the Proposer with the highest score, if awarded.
