RFQ/P#: 47-019 - Hall County Jail Complete Roof Replacement

Hall County, Georgia (herein "County"), a municipal entity of the State of Georgia, located at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, is seeking qualified Contractors to provide a complete roof replacement at the Hall County Jail (herein "Services").

Contractor agrees to provide the Services to the County as detailed in the Scope of Work. Unapproved work outside the Scope of Work may not be compensated.

The Scope of Work shall remain in effect from the NTP date to substantial completion of the project or the termination of this Contract, whichever occurs first.

Contractor shall be responsible for providing all transportation and equipment necessary to deliver the Services under the Contract.

Submission

Bid Due Date: Thursday, November 19, 2026, by 2:00pm EST

**Contract term:** The Contract term will be for 60 days after the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.

Bonds

The Contractor must furnish to the County a performance bond, equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract's total awarded dollar amount. The County will only issue a Notice to Proceed after the bond is received. Only surety companies licensed to do business in the State of Georgia are acceptable.

Insurance

The Contractor must procure and maintain insurance policies at the Contractor's own expense and must furnish the County with a certificate of insurance (COI) providing evidence of proof of coverage at least in the amounts indicated. Required coverage includes:

• Workers' Compensation Insurance: **$500,000** each accident, each disease, each employee
• General Liability Insurance: **$2,000,000** General Aggregate and **$1,000,000** Each Occurrence
• Commercial Auto Liability Insurance: **$1,000,000** Combined Single Limit
• Umbrella Liability Insurance: **$1,000,000** per Occurrence
• Professional Liability Insurance (Errors & Omissions): **$1,000,000** Each Claim/Wrongful Act and **$2,000,000** General Aggregate

Payment

Standard payment terms are net 30 days (N30) in arrears from the date the invoice is accepted.
