Submission

Late proposals will not be considered nor returned. The original and three (3) copies must be mailed, hand-delivered, or express mailed.

Contract Term
The contract between the County and the Contractor shall become effective upon signing and shall remain in force until completion of the project, or until notice of termination in writing is given by the other party as provided herein.
