Through this ITB/RFQ the Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, "the State Entity, Department, Agency, or GDOT") is seeking bids for Short Line Highway Pavement Marking Services.

Only contractors deemed as Qualified Contractors to provide "Short Line Highway Pavement Marking Services" through the routine maintenance prequalification process are eligible to participate in this Invitation to Bid/Request for Quote.

All respondents to this ITB/RFQ are subject to same terms and conditions of the MMSA 48400-410-23084, subsequent awarded contract, and the ITB/RFQ Form, and are cautioned to completely review the entire ITB/RFQ and follow instructions carefully. The Department reserves the right to modify existing provisions or include additional provisions, which are not currently addressed herein and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive technicalities and informalities at its discretion.
