What the bid is for

Christian County Public Schools (CCPS) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to solicit competitive pricing for the acquisition, delivery, and seamless integration of additional Evolv Technology security hardware and software units. The equipment purchased under this solicitation will be delivered to and installed at Christian County High School, located at 1 Tiger Way, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.

The primary goal of this procurement is to expand our physical security infrastructure while ensuring complete interoperability with CCPS's existing Evolv environment. All offered equipment, management software, and accessories must integrate natively into our active deployment without friction or standalone operational silos.

Scope

  • Evolv Expedite Units — Quantity: 5
  • Evolv Express Units (Dual-Lane) — Quantity: 1
  • Evolv Express Units (Single-Lane) — Quantity: 4

Minimum requirements applicable to all items:

  • Integration. All hardware and software shall integrate natively into the District's existing Evolv management ecosystem (central dashboard, alerting, analytics/reporting, user accounts, network configuration, and operational workflows) without any separate or standalone management system.
  • Installation and configuration. The bidder shall deliver to the locations identified above, unpack, install, configure, connect to District networks in coordination with District technology staff, test, and place each unit in operational service.
  • Service and support term. Each unit shall include not less than four (4) years of comprehensive service, support, software updates, and maintenance coverage, commencing on the date the unit is accepted by the District, with hardware repair or replacement, on-site service response within 3 business days, remote technical support, and all software/firmware updates released during the term.
  • Training. The bidder shall provide on-site operator and administrator training for District staff at each school at the time of installation.
  • Warranty. Manufacturer's standard warranty, which shall run to the Board.
  • Authorized reseller. The bidder shall be an authorized Evolv Technology reseller or partner in good standing at the time of bid and award, and shall furnish evidence of that status with its bid.
  • Delivery and operational readiness. Delivery, installation, and operational readiness shall be coordinated with CCPS and CCHS. The bidder shall state its proposed delivery schedule in its bid.
