The City of Boston, acting by the Property Management Department, 1 City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above.
All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: *Snow Removal Services at various locations*.
The contractor(s) shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for comprehensive snow and ice removal services (including salt/de-icing agents) to the driveways and parking lots at the designated sites within the awarded geographical areas. In the event that sites are short staffed, the contractor may be asked to remove snow from stairs, sidewalks and accessible handicap ramps.
Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: procurement.boston.gov.
All Bids must be submitted before **12:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, November 12, 2026** and opened forthwith.
