High School and Middle School Yearbooks

Parkway School District is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified vendors with permanent local presence, for the production of High School and Middle School Yearbooks.

Submission

Bidders must register, log-in, and follow the instructions on the Parkway School District Bonfire Portal, at https://parkwayschools.bonfirehub.com/. Registration is free and is the only method in which vendors may submit responses for this bid.

Sealed bids must be **SUBMITTED ON THE PARKWAY SCHOOL DISTRICT BONFIRE PORTAL** only (no other location permitted), no later than the date and time of the bid opening, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. The District Bonfire Portal will not permit late submissions of bids.

Bids may be revised on the Parkway School District Bonfire Portal up to the date and time of the bid opening. Bids may not be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.

Evaluation

The District's policy is to award a bid based upon the "lowest and best" bid/proposal. The District reserves the right to reject a bid for any reason and to reject all bids and solicit new bids.

Contract term

Acceptance of a bid by the District shall create an agreement for a period of one (1) year, unless otherwise specified by the District. The District reserves the right to extend the agreement for one (1) month with the same terms and conditions.
