Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Camden, New Jersey, is requesting proposals for AFFIRMATIVE ACTION OFFICER ("AAO"), EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OFFICER ("EEO") SERVICES for the County of Camden, and County Agencies and Authorities.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Camden, New Jersey, is requesting proposals for AFFIRMATIVE ACTION OFFICER ("AAO"), EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OFFICER ("EEO") SERVICES for the County of Camden, and County Agencies and Authorities.

Copies of the proposal documents must be obtained by registering and downloading all documents from the Camden County website: http://www.camdencounty.com/service/purchasing-and-procurements/

Proposals must be submitted to the Camden County Division of Purchasing - Courthouse, 520 Market Street, 6th floor, Camden, NJ, 08102 by **Tuesday November 24, 2026, at 11:00 A.M.** Any proposals received after said opening, whether by mail or otherwise will be returned unopened. No proposals will be accepted after the above referenced date and time. Proposals must be submitted in **sealed envelopes** with the name of the RFP clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. If hand-delivering proposal it must be left in the marked bin accessible from the 6th Street entrance to the Courthouse. Bin access is M-F 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Proposals may not be e-mailed, faxed, or transmitted over the telephone.

Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31.

The County intends to award this contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i).
