Claims Administrator Services

The Board of Fund Commissioners of the New Jersey Counties Excess Joint Insurance Fund is requesting proposals for Claims Administrator Services.

Copies of the *Request for Proposals* are available by registering to download all documents from the Camden County website: http://www.camdencounty.com/service/purchasing-and-procurements/

Proposals must be submitted to the Camden County Division of Purchasing, Courthouse-6th Floor, 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. Proposals are scheduled to be opened on **TUESDAY NOVEMBER 10, 2026, at 11:00 A.M.** Any proposals received after said opening, whether by mail or otherwise will be returned unopened. No proposals will be accepted after the above-mentioned date and time. Proposals must be submitted in **sealed envelopes** with the name of the RFP clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. If hand-delivering proposal must be left in the marked bin accessible from the 6th Street entrance to the Courthouse. Bin access is M-F 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Proposals may not be faxed or transmitted over the telephone. See additional submission requirements in RFP document on page 2.

Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31.

The Fund intends to award any contract(s) for these services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5.1(m).
