The successful respondent will provide the Borough with legal guidance and representation relating to, but not necessarily limited to the following: performing legal research and providing advisory opinions as needed; representing the Borough in federal and state courts, as well as administrative forums; reviewing, analyzing and advising the Borough on any application before it; reviewing and/or drafting resolutions and ordinances; attending all meetings of the Mayor and Council and any other board or committee, as directed. The successful respondent will provide the Borough with engineering services relating, but not necessarily limited to, planning and designing capital improvements for buildings, roads, parks and recreational facilities within the Borough.
