The Board of Commissioners of the County of Camden, New Jersey, is requesting proposals for Professional Mental Health Services for the County of Camden Department of Health and Human Services.

The Board of Commissioners of the County of Camden, New Jersey, is requesting proposals for Professional Mental Health Services for the County of Camden Department of Health and Human Services.

Proposals must be submitted to the Camden County Division of Purchasing, Courthouse-6th Floor, 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. Proposals are scheduled to be opened on **FRIDAY NOVEMBER 6, 2026, at 11:00 A.M.** Any proposals received after said opening, whether by mail or otherwise will be returned unopened.

Proposals must be submitted in **sealed envelopes** with the name of the RFP clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. If hand-delivering proposal it must be left in the marked bin accessible from the 6th Street entrance to the Courthouse. Bin access is M-F 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Proposals may not be e-mailed, faxed, or transmitted over the telephone.

Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31.
