It is the intent of the State to award one (1) Contract to that responsible Bidder whose Quote, conforming to this Bid Solicitation is most advantageous to the State of New Jersey (State), price and other factors considered. This Bid Solicitation contains twelve (12) Price Lines.
The purpose of this Bid Solicitation is to solicit Quotes for the operation and maintenance of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and the Potable Water treatment Plants (PWTPs) (including the Public Community Water System and Wagner Unit Public Community Water System) located at the New Lisbon Developmental Center (NLDC), located at 1 Bennion Ave. Woodland, NJ 08064.
This Bid Solicitation contains twelve (12) Price Lines. Bidders must provide pricing for all Price Lines to be deemed eligible for award. The State intends to award one (1) Contract for all Price Lines.
For Price Lines #1 and #6, Bidders must submit a Monthly Rate for the Operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and for Potable Water Treatment Plant (PWTP). This rate shall include all costs for any work performed within the Scope of Work that has not been specifically addressed by another Price Line.
Price Lines 5 and 9 are markup over supplier invoice for reimbursable materials/supplies. The markup for reimbursable materials/supplies cannot exceed 15% above the Contractor’s cost.
**Submission method:** Quotes must be received electronically by the Division’s Proposal Review Unit, through **NJSTART**, by the required date and time. Quotes not received prior to the Quote opening deadline shall be rejected.
