Invitation to Bid: 10 Morris Street Renovation (Auburn NY)

The City of Auburn is accepting bids for the renovation of 10 Morris Street, Auburn NY on behalf of a private developer. The project is funded through the City of Auburn’s Vacant Rental Program.

The renovation project for 10 Morris Street will support the renovation of four rental housing units, including, but not limited to, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, flooring, and general interior renovations. The intent of the project is to have the units ready for occupancy upon completion with a CO issued.

**Sealed** proposals shall be mailed or hand delivered to Thoma Development Consultants, the City’s grant administrator, by **4pm, Tuesday, December 1st** at 34 Tompkins Street, Cortland, NY 13045.

Bids will be publicly opened and read at this time. They **cannot be emailed**. Bids shall be enclosed in an envelope bearing on its face the name and address of the bidder and be clearly marked “10 Morris Street Bid.”
