LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an EEO employer is currently seeking interest from qualified and certified NYS M/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors and vendors for the Cornell University – Renovate Plant Science Building Phase II Project.
Scope of work includes but is not limited to selective demolition and abatement, cast-in-place concrete, masonry restoration, structural & misc. metals, millwork & carpentry, roofing, doors & hardware, glass/glazing, updating interior finishes, lab equipment and casework, elevators, new mechanical systems, sitework, etc. as indicated on the documents.
A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) is in place for this project. Qualified union and non-union contractors are encouraged to submit bids, subject to the terms and conditions of the PLA.
