Sealed bids for the furnishing and delivery of the materials, equipment or services as specified in this Invitation for Bids, will be received by Office of Contract Management Purchasing Office, New York State Department of Transportation, 50 Wolf Road, Suite 1PC, Albany, NY 12232, or electronically, until the date and time established for opening, when they will be publicly opened.
**Facsimile Bids WILL NOT be Accepted** (All Bids Must Be Signed)
Electronic Proposals must be emailed with the required information in the subject line of the email. All the required documents shall be attached, clearly labeled and sent in a manner to allow for ease of separation in the opening and evaluation of bids.
Bids submitted shall remain in effect for a period of ninety (90) days unless otherwise specified herein.
