Preventive Maintenance of Generator & Ancillary Equipment

The NYS Office of Mental Health and Central New York Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Generator & Ancillary Equipment at Central New York Psychiatric Center located at 9005 Old River Rd, Marcy, NY 13403.

Deliverables are defined in the Appendix D of attached Office of Mental Health (OMH) contract boilerplate.

The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information.

**Submission method:** Electronic bids must be submitted to the Issuing Office via email by the bid submission due date and time. No facsimile or hard copy bids will be accepted. Electronic bids must be emailed to: nate.wise@omh.ny.gov, CC Andrew.alliger@omh.ny.gov, Bids@omh.ny.gov. The email subject line must include the following information: The Solicitation Number and Vendor Name.

Bids shall be submitted utilizing *Attachment D – Bid Quote Sheet* only.

A **mandatory** site visit is scheduled. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending *Attachment B, Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit Registration Form*, no later than **October 21, 2026, by 3:00 PM ET**.

**Award:** The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive Bidder offering the lowest total bid amount and who also meets all minimum mandatory requirements.

Such binding offer shall be firm and not revocable for a period of 120 days after the deadline for bid submission.

Proof of insurance and licensing as stated in the OMH contract boilerplate. The types of coverage and policy limits required from the Contractor are specified in Appendix G, of the contract boilerplate.

Anticipated Contract Start/End Dates: 02/01/2027 - 01/31/2032.

Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals: MBE – 16%; WBE – 14%. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOB) Participation Goals: 6%. New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract.
