Project Number 351039 - Modernize Elevator in Harder Hall

The New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University will receive sealed bids for project number 351039 titled Modernize Elevator in Harder Hall until 4:30 p.m. local time on November 20th, 2026 through the BidnetDirect.com platform, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The University's goal is to complete this project prior to the start of the Fall 2027 academic year. The Contractor shall be prepared to commence work promptly upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and shall achieve Substantial Completion no later than **August 1, 2027**, or sooner if possible.
