The term contracts will be signed with the selected contractor for the specified period of time to engage and complete numerous defined projects each with a value of **$200,000** or less.

Each separate project will be called a “RELEASE”.

**Submission:** submission of two original executed copies of the bid form per trade and all attachment specified in the project manual are **required** in a sealed envelop marked accordingly.

Sealed bids shall be submitted and mailed or delivered to Binghamton University, Purchasing Department, McGuire Building Attn: Matthew Schofield 4400 Vestal Parkway East, Vestal, NY 13850 or mailed via USPS to Binghamton University Purchasing Department, McGuire Building Attn: Matthew Schofield PO Box 6000 Binghamton, NY 13902

Bids will be opened publicly in the purchasing department in the McGuire Building. Each Proposal submitted the following information will be read aloud: 1) Name of contractor 2) The markup percentages entered on the bid form. Binghamton University will review all bids and verify accuracy of minimum qualifications and submission of all required documents. Bidders will be formally notified of the official results in writing within one week from bid opening.

The term contract will be issued of a period of three (3) years.
