All quotes must be held for 90 days to allow enough time for contract/board approval.

Bids will be due by **mail, or hand delivered only** to 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 NLT 1:45 PM, Attn: Coretta Haskins-Hall, at which time they will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM. A **5% Bid Bond is required** with all bid submissions over $500K and above. **100% Payment and Performance Bonds** will be required for successful bidder before contract execution.

A **Mandatory** Pre-Bid Meeting will take place at Olympic High School on Monday November 16, 2026 at 9:30 AM.
