Summary fields on this page were extracted by AI from the bid documents. Always verify dates, amounts and requirements against the official solicitation.
The Oregon Department of Forestry ("ODF") is seeking Proposals to provide Project Work Services through Work Order Contracts ("WOC") issued under a Service Agreement ("SA"). ODF is seeking to establish a pool of Contractors to furnish all equipment and labor to perform Project Work (including but not limited to road construction or improvement, road brushing, road maintenance, rock quarry development, stream enhancement, site preparation, soil stabilization, water runoff control measures, rock crushing, rock stockpiling, and road vacating, etc.) as detailed in this RFP.
The geographic scope of this SA is the Clatsop State Forest and Tillamook State Forest managed by the Astoria, Forest Grove, and Tillamook Districts.
It is anticipated that approximately twenty-five (25) Proposer(s) will be selected for SA award from this solicitation.
ODF expects that this RFP will result in the award of Project Work Service Agreements to a pool of Contractors.
During the initial three-year Contract period, ODF expects to award one to several WOCs per year under the SA. WOCs will include all the project work that is normally associated with a timber sale contract. These WOCs may include road construction or improvement, road brushing, road maintenance, rock quarry development, stream enhancement, site preparation, soil stabilization, water runoff control measures, rock crushing, rock stockpiling, and road vacating.
Specific projects will be assigned as needed by Agency via WOCs. [...] There is no guarantee that any specific amount of Services will be assigned or overall dollar amounts will be expended through the duration of the SA. Any WOC assignments must be within the scope of the Services described in this RFP. Assigned WOCs will identify a schedule for delivery, costs, and include or incorporate by reference a Statement of Work with clearly defined tasks and deliverables.
