The initial term of this Agreement begins on the date this Agreement has been signed by Agency and Contractor and all required approvals have been obtained (the “Effective Date”) and ends ten (10) years from date of execution unless sooner terminated or extended as provided in this Agreement.
Contractor shall obtain insurance coverage as specified in Exhibit C and shall maintain the insurance throughout the term of this Agreement and all Contracts.
Subject to Agency’s acceptance of Goods and related Services, payment is due from Agency within 45 Calendar Days after the date of the invoice.
