Notice of Approved Sole Source Determination AO1861-26

Marion County Board of Commissioners approved the attached Sole Source Determination to award a contract to EagleView (dba Pictometry International Corp.) for the EagleView imagery services. The initial term of the Contract is anticipated to be three years with options to renew an additional year.

Please review the document titled "AO1861-26 – Aerial Imagery Sole Source Determination". This document includes all of the elements required to satisfy ORS 279B.075 and MCPCR 20-0275, Sole Source Procurement.

MCPCR 20-0275(5) states that an affected person may protest the approval of or request for approval of a special procurement in accordance with section 20-0710.
