The *Signature Page* is **required**; failure to sign and submit it with the bid will result in the bid being rejected as non-responsive. No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted.

**Questions due:** November 5, 2026; 4:00PM, via the "Ask a Question" feature in PennBid.

**Bid security:** Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, signed by a surety company with original signatures, authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in an amount of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) 00/100 DOLLARS; or by a Certified Check, an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, or a Bank Check in an amount equal to FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) 00/100 DOLLARS.

**Award:** The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose bid response conforms to the invitation and will be most advantageous to the City, price and other factors considered such as delivery time, quality, operating and maintenance cost, service, resale value, etc.

Unless otherwise specified, all formal bids submitted shall be binding for ninety (90) calendar days following bid opening date.
