Poultry Products

• Frying chicken: split breast with rib, boneless skin-on breast halves, boneless skinless breast halves, legs, boneless skinless thighs
• Young turkeys, whole or halves
• Turkey breasts, boneless (cook-in bag), turkey roasts, turkey burgers
• Turkey breasts, boneless, skinless, fully cooked, oven prepared; low sodium; multi-piece deli style; smoked
• Turkey bacon precooked, Canadian style turkey bacon, turkey ham
• Poultry frankfurters, turkey bologna, turkey salami

Meat and Meat Products

• Fresh beef: beef for stewing, beef cubes, ground beef, ground beef patties, top round, cubed steak, sandwich steaks, chipped steaks, meatballs, knockwurst, smoked beef sausage, seasoned beef for Salisbury steak
• Fresh veal: diced veal, ground veal, veal and beef patties
• Fresh lamb: lamb patties
• Fresh pork: ham, ground pork, pork patties, loin chops, boneless chops, pork steak, diced pork, pork cubes
• Cured and fully cooked pork: boneless ham, ground ham, reduced fat and sodium ham, boiled ham, sliced bacon, pre-cooked bacon, bacon ends and pieces
• Cured, dried, smoked and fully cooked beef: bottom round, corned, fully cooked

Chilled products must contain a date of production on each roast or product case.

Reciprocal Limitations Act

The Reciprocal Limitations Act requirements do not apply to bids under $10,000.00. Please complete the applicable portion of pages 3 & 4 and return with the bid.

All bidders must complete the State of Manufacture chart by listing the name of the manufacturer and the state (or foreign country) of manufacture for each item. **This chart must be completed and submitted with the bid or no later than two (2) business days after notification from the Issuing Office to furnish the information.** Failure to complete this chart and provide the required information prior to the expiration of the second business day after notification shall result in the rejection of the bid.
