Invitation for Bid for a used AconityMIDI Fiber Laser system as specified in the Items section of this bid.

Brand and model specified are for illustrative purposes only. Equivalents may be considered. If bidding an equivalent, vendor should provide the following:

- Manufacturer, Model number, and a detailed specification sheet. Agency will have final determination on equivalency.

• P6: Shipping to College Station, TX 77843, 1 EA. Shipping costs must be included in the prices listed above or here as a line item. If shipping charges are not included in your bid, they will not be paid. Shipping must include all applicable customs, duties and fees if there are any.

Pricing for a NEW ACONITYMIDI unit (1 EA) is also requested.

All Bid/RFP responses must be submitted through this online portal by the specified dates. Vendors are responsible for checking the AggieBid Site for amendments and must resubmit their bids if any amendments are issued.

**Warranty:** All items specified within this document must be warranted against defective materials, workmanship and failures for a minimum of twelve (12) months after delivery and acceptance. Warranty includes all parts and labor.

**Payment:** Payment terms are 100% Net 30 upon receipt and acceptance of goods/services and a correct, uncontested invoice. As an Agency of the State of Texas, Net 30 terms are required.

**Insurance:** This bid includes installation or other on-site services. Insurance will be required that meets or exceed the insurance requirements listed under Buyer Attachments. The winning vendor will be required to provide an updated COI naming the organization as an additional insured prior to contract execution.

**Funding Out:** This agreement is subject to cancellation without penalty, either in whole or in part, if funds are not appropriated by the Texas Legislature, or otherwise made available to the using agency.

**Export Control:** Vendor must notify Texas A&M if any products are export controlled.

**Shipping:** Domestic Deliveries must be shipped FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed. International Deliveries must be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to College Station, TX.
