If shipping charges are not included in your bid, they will not be paid. Shipping must include all applicable customs, duties and fees if there are any.

All Bid/RFP responses must be submitted through this online portal by the specified dates. Vendors are responsible for checking the AggieBid Site for amendments and must resubmit their bids if any amendments are issued.

**Warranty:** All items specified within this document must be warranted against defective materials, workmanship and failures for a minimum of twelve (12) months after delivery and acceptance. Warranty includes all parts and labor.

**Payment:** Payment terms are 100% Net 30 upon receipt and acceptance of goods/services and a correct, uncontested invoice. Net 30 terms are required.

**Shipping:** International Deliveries must be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to College Station, TX. Domestic Deliveries must be shipped FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed.

Bid prices are requested to be firm for a minimum of 60 days after bid opening date. Late bids will not be considered under any circumstances.
