Frac Tank Rental Services

TxDOT is issuing this Invitation for Bid ("Solicitation") to establish a contract for the purchase of the goods ("Goods") and/or services ("Services") described in the Statement of Work (SOW). TxDOT invites any qualified party to submit a Response.

• Rental of Six (6) 500-BBL V-Bottom Frac Tanks
• Delivery and Pickup of Six (6) 500-BBL V-Bottom Frac Tanks, as needed.
• Cleaning of Six (6) 500-BBL V-Bottom Storage Frac Tanks

**Submission:** Respondent must submit one signed and dated Response through the Procurement Website on or before the Response Deadline. Any Response sent to TxDOT personnel via email - whether directly, courtesy copy (cc), or blind copy (bcc) - will be invalid and will not be considered.

The Response must include all the following documentation (the "Required Documentation"). Respondent must submit a separate document for each section below.

Evaluation

TxDOT will conduct a review of each Response on the following pass/fail criteria. If a Response does not receive a "pass" on all criteria, the Response will be rejected and removed from further consideration for award. [...] TxDOT will determine best value for the state as directed by Texas Government Code §2155.074. TxDOT will consider compliance with specifications, purchase price, and risk of vendor non-performance.

Insurance

If selected as Vendor, Respondent must obtain the insurance coverage set forth in the Insurance Requirements prior to beginning Work and maintain such insurance coverage as required by the Contract.

Multiple contracts may be awarded from this Solicitation in accordance with Government Code §2156.
