• Self diagnosis and check display to assist with maintenance
• Angled supply port
• Integrated dust proof filter
• Single phase, 100/115VAC
• Cooling method: air-cooled or water-cooled
• Functions: timer operation, low tank level detecting, power failure auto-restart, anti-freezing

Shipping costs must be included in the prices listed above or here as a line item. If shipping charges are not included in your bid, they will not be paid.

Shipping must include all applicable customs, duties and fees if there are any.

Submission

All Bid/RFP responses must be submitted through this online portal by the specified dates. Vendors are responsible for checking the AggieBid Site for amendments and must resubmit their bids if any amendments are issued.

Warranty

All items specified within this document must be warranted against defective materials, workmanship and failures for a minimum of twelve (12) months after delivery and acceptance. Warranty includes all parts and labor.

Payment

Payment terms are 100% Net 30 upon receipt and acceptance of goods/services and a correct, uncontested invoice. As an Agency of the State of Texas, Net 30 terms are required.

Shipping

• International Deliveries: Must be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to College Station, TX.
• Domestic Deliveries: Must be shipped FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed.

Other requirements

• A completed VetHUB Subcontracting Plan is **required**. Failure to submit it could result in the disqualification of your bid response.
• Three company references of similar scope, size, and complexity completed within the last 3 to 5 years.
• This bid includes installation or other on-site services. Insurance will be required that meets or exceed the insurance requirements listed under Buyer Attachments.
• Bid prices are requested to be firm for a minimum of 60 days after bid opening date.
