New Tires For NRV

The Authority is seeking sealed offers from qualified firms or individuals interested in providing New NRV (Non-Revenue Vehicle) Tires, as described in Exhibit H.

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is seeking a qualified vendor a to provide tires services and supply new tires for the Non-Revenue Fleet (NRV).

The qualified vendor/supplier must be located in the 30 miles radius from DART facility located in 1200 East Jefferson, Dallas, Texas 75203.

The tires shall be delivered and picked up at the following location:

- 1200 E. Jefferson Dallas, Texas 75203.

The tires shall be delivered within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement

• Used tires should be picked up and disposed of by contractor.
• The contractor shall remove old tires by Authority requests during the delivery of the new tires.
• The all-new tires must conform to federal safety requirements.

No retreads, recaps, used re-grooved tires or type 3 tires will be accepted.

Vendor should provide summarize monthly bill once per month and list all invoices.

The term of this contract shall be two (2) years and One (1) year Option from Notice to Proceed.

Bids will only be accepted electronically on the DART supplier portal, https://dart.bonfirehub.com.

Offers submitted in response to an IFB will be opened publicly via MS Teams, immediately after the submission due date and time.

Offers submitted shall remain firm for a period of **180 calendar days** from the date specified in Block 7.

One contract award is anticipated under this solicitation. Multiple contract awards shall not be made.

Failure of an offeror to provide prices for all line items listed on the Schedule shall be cause for rejection of the entire offer.

The Authority reserves the right to reject offers that are materially unbalanced, i.e., that contain unreasonably high unit prices for some items and/or unreasonably low unit prices for other items.
