Office Supplies

The Laredo Independent School District is soliciting proposals from vendors who provide various types of office supplies and equipment. This RFP is a request for a discount percentage off of catalog or price lists for office supplies, materials and equipment.

The Laredo Independent School District is soliciting proposals for discount pricing on office supplies and equipment for districtwide use.

The vendor will supply the District with the following needs:

1. The District requests for the vendor(s) to furnish each campus and department with appropriate catalogs or price listings upon user request.
2. The discount percentage must be firm for one year after awarding of this RFP.
3. All supplies will be purchased on an "as needed" basis.
4. This RFP does not include office furniture.
5. The District reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals and waive all formalities in bidding. The District will have the responsibility of determining whether or not samples submitted, and work delivered is in conformity with these specifications and requirements.

**Submission:** Proposals must be timely submitted in the District's electronic Bonfire Portal OR physically received and date stamped in the Procurement Department on or before the time and date stated on page 1. Proposals received via phone, facsimile, email or other medium will not be accepted or considered.

**Required documents:** Failure to properly complete and submit any of the required documents may subject your proposal to disqualification.

This RFP is an "all" or "some" proposal. The Proposer may submit a proposal for all or some aspects of the project.

Visitor Badges: Vendor must provide all their workers with a company ID, showing company name, and photograph of employee. Company ID shall be worn visibly at all times while on District property.

**Contract term:** February 13, 2027 to February 12, 2028 with the possibility of extending the contract for a second and third year. Subject to change based on approval timelines by the LISD Board of Trustees and annual evaluation review.

Evaluation committee recommendation presented for Board approval on January 28, 2027 (tentatively). Official award notice is distributed via email on January 29, 2027 (tentatively).
