Pre-owned Class 5 Stake Bed Truck

Marshall University Procurement Services is soliciting bids on behalf of the Marshall University Sustainability Department to establish a contract for the one-time purchase of a pre-owned class 5 stake bed truck.

Bid submission

All bids must be submitted electronically through Bonfire™ or signed and delivered by the Vendor to the Marshall University Office of Purchasing at the address listed above on or before the date and time of the bid opening. The Office of Purchasing will not accept bids, modification of bids, or addendum acknowledgment forms via e-mail. Acceptable delivery methods include electronic submission via Bonfire™, hand delivery, or delivery by courier.

A bid that is not submitted electronically through Bonfire™ should contain the information listed below on the face of the envelope or the bid may be rejected by the University.

Other requirements

Vendors are required to sign, notarize, and submit the *Purchasing Affidavit* to the Marshall University Office of Purchasing. Vendor should acknowledge receipt of all addenda issued with this Solicitation by completing an *Addendum Acknowledgment Form*.
