2027 Concrete Median Maintenance

The City of Little Rock Public Works Department, Operations Division, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional maintenance services for the 2027 Concrete Median Maintenance.

The City of Little Rock Public Works Department, Operations Division, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional maintenance services for the 2027 Concrete Median Maintenance.

The Contract requires the Contractor to commence work within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed, and to complete the mowing cycle and/or concrete median maintenance within 30 consecutive calendar days.

Typically the contractor will be allowed to work between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday unless approved by the City of Little Rock's Project Coordinator in writing.

All aspects of the project must meet current Federal ADA Regulations and Standards.

The contract will be awarded to a single qualified, responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest total price for the base bid, if the low total bid is reasonable and it is to the interest of the City to accept it.

**Submission:** Bid submissions must be submitted electronically via LRPROCURE powered by Bonfire, a Euna Brand Solutions prior to the bid closing data. Bids Submissions may be revised and resubmitted prior to the Bid Closing Date.

Vendors must submit a completed *Statement of Vendor's Qualifications* form and the *Bid For Physical Improvements Form* with the bid submission. Bidder must attach a signed copy of the *Combined Certification for Contracting with the City of Little Rock* form to the bid submission.

**Bid security:** This bid solicitation requires a Bid Bond of five (5) percent of the total bid submission. This requirement can be satisfied by cashier's check drawn upon a bank or trust company doing business in this state of Arkansas, or by a corporate bid bond.

**Contract term:** The term of this agreement will be for one (1) year. Upon mutual agreement, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods or a portion thereof.

**Insurance:** Workmen's Compensation (statutory requirements); Comprehensive General Liability, Personal Injury, and Property Damage and other liabilities - one million dollars ($1,000,000) each. A Performance and Payment Bond is not part of this contract.

The contractor is liable for liquidated damages of Eighty Five and 00/100 Dollars ($85.00) for each calendar day of delay. The City follows a standard thirty (30) day net terms.

The vendor agrees that this bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids.
