2026 Water Main Improvements

The City of Napa, a California charter city (“City”), will accept sealed bids for its 2026 Water Main Improvements Project (“Project”), by or before **Wednesday, December 2, 2026, at 2:00 pm**, via **electronic submission** through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofnapa, in the manner set forth in the *Instructions to Bidders*.

This Project is presented in four separate plan sets and locations within the City of Napa.

1. *Drawing Set W2026-018*, Pueblo Ave Water Main Replacement: Main St to Soscol Ave. Install approximately 62 LF of 12", 1,479 LF of 8", and 42 LF of 6" C900 PVC DR14 Pressure Class (PC) 305 water mains on Pueblo Avenue (Main Street to Soscol Avenue), including 10 interties, 4-12” butterfly valves, 19-8" gate valves, 6-6" gate valves, reconnect services (with respective valves/corps), set and adjust G-5 valve boxes, abandon existing pipeline and valve cans, incidental disposal of existing pipe, disinfection, flushing, pressure testing, trench paving, and striping.

2. *Drawing Set W2026-019*, Pueblo Ave Water Main Replacement: California Blvd to Railroad. Install approximately 655 LF of 12" and 846 LF of 8" C900 PVC DR14 Pressure Class (PC) 305 water mains on Pueblo Avenue (California Blvd to before railroad crossing), including 4 interties, 3-12” butterfly valves, 4-8" gate valves, 3-6" gate valves, 1-4" gate valves, reconnect services (with respective valves/corps), set and adjust G-5 valve boxes, abandon existing pipeline and valve cans, incidental disposal of existing pipe, disinfection, flushing, pressure testing, trench paving, and striping.

3. *Drawing Set W2026-020*, Old Sonoma Road (3050-3100) Water Main Replacement. Install approximately 880 LF of 6" C909 PVCO Pressure Class (PC) 305 water main on Old Sonoma Road, including three interties, one 12” butterfly valve, one 2” air release and vacuum valve, one blow off, a pressure regulating valve, incidental disposal of existing pipe, disinfection, flushing, pressure testing, trench paving, and striping. Reconnect services, including relocation of two (2) meters. Abandon existing 4-inch steel pipeline.

4. *Drawing set W-2026-021*, 8" Water Main Installation: 305-312 Soscol Ave. Install approximately 85 LF of 8" C900 PVC Pressure Class (PC) 305 water main on Soscol Avenue, including 2 interties, 4 8” gate valve, 1 6" gate valve, set and adjust G-5 valve boxes, abandon existing pipeline and valve cans, incidental disposal of existing pipe, disinfection, flushing, pressure testing, trench paving, and striping.
