Body Composition Analyzer Scales

San Bernardino County, by and through its included Sheriff/Coroner/Public Administrator (Sheriff), is procuring two (2) body composition analyzer scales, as specified below, in quantities ordered, at times needed, to be delivered to the Sheriff’s Training Division located at 18901 Institution Road, San Bernardino, CA 92415.

Specifications

• InBody 970S Package or similar professional body composition analyzer scale, quantity 2 (EA)
• InBody 970S Package or similar professional body composition analyzer scale, 1-year warranty, quantity 2 (EA)
• InGrip (Medical) or similar handheld grip strength dynamometer, quantity 2 (EA)
• InGrip (Medical) or similar handheld grip strength dynamometer, 1-year warranty, quantity 2 (EA)
• Taxes 7.75%

Delivery shall be F.O.B. County’s place of delivery, with immediate delivery based upon body composition analyzer scale and handheld grip strength dynamometer availability after issuance of County’s Purchase Order.

Submission

Bids must be submitted electronically through the San Bernardino County Electronic Procurement Network (ePro) https://epro.sbcounty.gov/bso/ according to the timeline below:

• Release of ITB: October 28, 2026
• Deadline for Submission of Proposer Questions: November 4, 2026, 2:00 PM PDT
• Deadline for Submission of Proposals: **November 13, 2026, 3:00 PM PDT**
• Tentative Date for Contract Award: November 2026

All Bidders must be registered in ePro prior to the date for submission of Bids. Print, complete, sign, and submit Section I, subsections 1 and 2, as part of your Bid. Print, complete, and submit Section I, subsection 3, as part of your Bid.

Evaluation

Award will be made by Sheriff to the responsive, responsible Bidder providing the best value. Bids are subject to acceptance at any time within 270 days after the opening of the same, unless otherwise stipulated by the County.

San Bernardino County payment terms are Net 60 days after invoice and acceptance of the product. San Bernardino County is Self-Insured.
