San Bernardino County, by and through its included Sheriff/Coroner/Public Administrator (Sheriff), is procuring two (2) 2027 Ford T350 Transit Van Low Roof vehicles, as specified below, in quantities ordered, and at times needed, to be delivered to the Sheriff’s Automotive Division, located at 655 East Third Street, San Bernardino, CA 92415.

Bidders shall quote per item with all equipment, accessories, and requirements as noted in the above specifications, and shall also include any additional fees, e.g., California Tire Fee, on their Bid response; no DMV fees shall be quoted. Vehicles shall include all standard warranties and guarantees. Bidders shall additionally provide information regarding any immediate availability of vehicles in stock, or in transit to their company.

Taxes shall be included on the Bid response at the rate of 8.75%. Vehicles shall be delivered Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Submission

Bids must be submitted electronically through the San Bernardino County Electronic Procurement Network (ePro) https://epro.sbcounty.gov/bso/. All Bidders must be registered in ePro prior to the date for submission of Bids. No Bids will be accepted after the exact date and time for submission of proposals.

Print, complete, sign, and submit Section I, subsections 1 and 2, as part of your Bid. Print, complete, and submit Section I, subsection 3, as part of your Bid. Print, complete, sign, and submit Attachment A, if applicable, as part of your Bid.

Evaluation

Award will be made by Sheriff to the responsive, responsible Bidder providing the best value. Bids are subject to acceptance at any time within 270 days after the opening of the same, unless otherwise stipulated by the County.

A local preference of five percent (5%) preference shall be applied in the cost evaluation of Bids for goods, services, equipment, or a minor public work project, unless an exemption applies.

Terms

San Bernardino County payment terms are Net 60 days after invoice and acceptance of the product. Delivery shall be F.O.B. County’s place of delivery, with immediate delivery based upon vehicle availability after issuance of County’s Purchase Order. San Bernardino County is Self-Insured.
