C26680030 - BISRA Maintenance Building, Residence and Garage Reroof

Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to replace the roofs on the Maintenance Building and the Residence and Garage at BRANNAN ISLAND STATE RECREATION AREA in Sacramento County, California, complete and in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and such addenda thereto as may be issued prior to bid opening date.

The bidder hereby proposes to furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to replace and repair exterior features of the Maintenance Building, Residence, and Garage of **Brannan Island State Recreation Area** in Sacramento County, California complete and ready for use in accordance with the contract documents therefore, for the following lump sum which shall include all applicable taxes and other expenses.

Bids must be submitted for the entire work as described herein.

The bidder agrees to complete all work within **NINETY (90)** calendar days from the date of written notice to commence work. This time includes ten (10) calendar days allowed for the contractor to begin work.

**Submission method:** Bids must be submitted electronically with all necessary fully executed bid submission documents as an attachment in Portable Document Format (PDF) to contracts.diablorange@parks.ca.gov no later than **12:00 p.m., Thursday, November 19, 2026**. Submissions with attached PDF documents in excess of 10 Megabytes in size risk being rejected and can be deemed unresponsive. It is recommended that Bidders submit bids at least an hour in advance of the bid submission deadline to allow for confirmation of bid submission.

Bids will be opened publicly over conference-call. Requests for a conference participation access code must be sent to contracts.diablorange@parks.ca.gov at least 24 hours in advance.

No bid will be considered unless it is made on a standard bid form furnished by the Department of Parks and Recreation. The Department of Parks and Recreation reserves the right to waive any irregularity in a bid or to reject any or all bids.

The apparent low bidder will be required to execute a contractual agreement in the form of a *Standard Agreement Form 213*. Payment and Performance bond requirements for contracts exceeding $5,000 are stated in the General Conditions, DPR 483, Section 000700.

A 5% Small Business Preference and a DVBE Incentive apply for bid evaluation; the DVBE participation requirement is waived (no minimum).
