C5613672-D, Concrete and Asphalt Crushing

You are invited to review and respond to this IFB C5613672-D, titled Concrete and Asphalt Crushing for the Correctional Construction Mentorship Program (CCM), located at CDCR Institutions as listed in Exhibit A.

The State's estimate for this Agreement is **$550,000.00**.

The Contractor shall perform Concrete and Asphalt Crushing Services on an as-needed basis and will be compensated for the services in accordance with rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to provide the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Correctional Construction Mentorship (CCM) Program, located at the institutions below: California Institution for Men (CIM),14901 S. Central Ave, Chino, CA 91710 and California Institution for Women (CIW), 1675 Chino-Corona Road, Corona, CA 92880.

Bids must be submitted electronically, with all necessary bid submission documents in a clear, legible Portable Document Format (PDF), the documents are fully responsive and lack any deficiency, to CDCR-CMB-Non-IT-Service-Bids@cdcr.ca.gov no later than the time and date specified in the Projected Timetable. Any bid received in any other manner will NOT be considered.

The subject line of the electronic bid must be titled: BID FOR C5613672-D – Concrete and Asphalt Crushing Services.

The award of an Agreement, if it is to be awarded, will be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid complies with all requirements prescribed herein.
