Citrix Universal for Hybrid Multi Cloud Annual Maintenance Renewal

The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites bids from authorized resellers to provide Citrix Universal for Hybrid Multi Cloud Annual Maintenance Renewal for a three (3)-year term, Effective January 2, 2027 through January 1, 2030. The budget for this project is **$346,918**.

Delivery shall be by electronic download only.

**Bidders must be authorized resellers** to provide Citrix Universal for Hybrid Multi Cloud Annual Maintenance Renewal to the State of California and local agencies of the State of California and must include proof confirming its authorization to provide Citrix Universal for Hybrid Cloud in their bid submittal. Unauthorized resellers shall be deemed “non-responsive” and will not be considered for award.

No approved equals or substitutions will be accepted. Bidders must provide the exact products, manufacturers, and/or part numbers specified in this IFB.

TERM: Three (3)-Year, Effective January 2, 2027 through January 1, 2030. Billing shall occur annually at the beginning of each term year.

Firms submitting an alternative manufacturer, model, or part number shall result in a “Non-Responsive” and will not be considered for award.

**Submission method:** Bids must be submitted electronically through the Authority's OpenGov Procurement portal before **11:00 am, Thursday, December 3, 2026**. Bids and amendments to bids received after the date and time specified above will be returned to the bidders unopened.

Bids will be publicly opened in the Authority’s Administration Office, 600 South Main Street, Orange, California 92863 at the submission time indicated above. Participation via teleconference will also be available.

Any contract awarded as a result of this IFB, will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and shall be on a lump sum basis, in accordance with the requirements in this IFB.

Bidder is required to complete and sign the form entitled *Status of Past and Present Contracts* and submit as part of the bid. Bidder shall also complete the *List of Subcontractors Form*.

Bidders must be registered on OpenGov Procurement and following this IFB on the Authority's OpenGov Procurement portal.

The Authority will respond to all written questions by issuing a written addendum no later than November 19, 2026.

The Bidder hereby proposes to hold bid pricing for 120 calendar days after the bid close date.
