ASSESSOR REPLACEMENT SYSTEM

Solution shall allow authorized users to view parcels and personal property accounts in different views. [...] Solution shall include standard, custom, and ad hoc reporting capabilities. [...] Solution shall support configurable workflows. [...] Solution shall support bulk correspondence generation (e.g., mass notifications and letters). [...] Solution shall have bi-directional interface with the ARCC Document Management System (DMS). [...] Solution shall have a bi-directional interface with the Auditor and Controller (A&C) and Treasurer Tax Collector's (TTC), IPTS Taxes system. [...] Solution shall have a bi-directional interface with the Recorder's system. [...] Solution shall have a uni-directional interface with ParcelQuest. [...] Contractor shall migrate all data from existing core and legacy systems. [...] Solution shall comply with the California Revenue & Taxation Code (RTC) and Property Tax Rules. [...] Solution shall support the generation of a new annual secured assessment roll.

For each requirement in the applicable worksheet, the Offeror must select one response code from the Response Code column. Every requirement must have a response code. Do not leave any requirement blank.

Response Codes

• A: The feature/functionality is one that exists in the current production version of the proposed software and included in the Offeror's price.
• B: The feature/functionality does not exist in the current production version of the proposed software, but it is a planned enhancement. The feature/functionality will be added in the software prior to final testing at no additional cost to the County.
• C: The feature/functionality does not exist in the current production version of the proposed software, but it can be added as an enhancement at an additional cost to the County. Provide the availability date of the enhancement in the “Comments” column below. Disclose all costs in *Attachment 6 - Pricing Schedule*.
• D: The feature/functionality does not exist in the current production version of the proposed software and Offeror has no intention to add it as an enhancement.

For response codes B and C, provide the estimated delivery date in the Comments column.
