Programs must create a therapeutic environment (also called a “milieu”) that encourages peer interaction and support, helps clients learn emotional regulation, and promotes recovery and wellness. [...] All participants must be referred directly by San Benito County Behavioral Health. This service is not open to walk-ins or self-referrals. San Benito County authorization is required for this level of care.
