What the bid is for

Pasadena Water and Power ("PWP"), a department of the City of Pasadena ("City"), is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver Replacement Emissions Analyzers for Gas Turbines at the Glenarm Power Plant. Scope

PWP's Glenarm Power Plant consists of five (5) natural gas-fired combustion turbine units (GTs). GT-1, GT-2, GT-3, and GT-4 are simple cycle units and GT-5 is a combined cycle unit. GT-1 and GT-2 are 1970's-era Curtiss-Wright simple cycle gas turbines each rated at 26 MW. GT-3 and GT-4 are GE LM6000 simple cycle gas turbines with a capacity of 47 MW each. GT-5 is a combined cycle unit with a GE LM6000 gas turbine and Shin Nippon Steam Turbine with a total combined capacity of 71 MW. These units are mainly used to provide power generation during peak periods.

Delivery shall be no more than NINETY (90) days after receipt of City purchase order.
