7. Paving and Site Improvements, including grading, PCC paving, asphalt paving, stormwater treatment and BMPs, block wall, driveway, access way, landscaping and irrigation replacement and drainage at the new water treatment plant.
8. Electrical and Instrumentation equipment and facilities at the new water treatment plant.
9. Furnish and install backup generator
10. Provide Commissioning and startup services.
11. Construction of the connection to the distribution system for treated water.
