The project generally consists of the complete demolition and removal of nine (9) existing buildings at the former Plummer Community Corrections Center, including all associated building foundations, footings, concrete slabs, and below-grade building construction.
All demolition debris shall be removed from the site and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations. Existing site utilities shall be disconnected, cut, and permanently capped at or immediately adjacent to each building. Existing site utility distribution systems shall remain in place.
