C. Stormwater Improvements:

- Installation of approximately 450 linear feet of 24-inch high performance polypropylene pipe in North 31st Road, extending from Roosevelt Street to Taft Street, then extending east on Taft Street until the alley directly west of Rotary Park.
- Installation of approximately 350 linear feet of 15-inch high performance polypropylene pipe in the alley directly west of Rotary Park to Arthur Street.
- Installation of a 48-inch inline check valve and access structure on the existing 48-inch reinforced concrete pipe that discharges to the C-10 canal on Arthur Street.
