The City's existing elevators are Schindler equipment, and utilizing the original manufacturer for maintenance provides continuity of service and direct access to manufacturer-specific technical support, diagnostic tools, and replacement parts. Schindler's proposal provides preventive maintenance, inspections, required safety testing, and service support for the City's existing elevator equipment at a monthly cost of **$2,769.03**, or **$33,228.36 annually**.
