  • Describe paid and organic digital media, traditional media, out-of-home advertising, statewide outreach, influencer and ambassador networks, database utilization, conversion tracking, and reporting.
  • Provide the proposed AV inventory, rigging compliance, sound mitigation, power distribution, rider management, event-day staffing, load-in and load-out schedule, site operations, and emergency coordination approach.

  • Submit all required forms, certifications, licenses, Addendum acknowledgments, and a complete schedule of exceptions to the RFP and draft Contract.

**Price Proposal:** Submit the City-required financial schedule identifying all fees, commissions, markups, reimbursable costs, assumptions, revenue share, projected event settlements, and projected season settlements.
