Delivery

DELIVERY FOB DESTINATION PREPAID AND ALLOWED TO: GWINNETT COUNTY – DWR YELLOW RIVER WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY, 858 TOM SMITH ROAD, SOUTHWEST, LILBURN, GA 30047

• Unit price MUST include ALL charges, including, but not limited to freight, raw material surcharges, etc.
• Delivery hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Delivery time may be taken into consideration in determining award as items should be delivered to Gwinnett County on or before December 31, 2026.
• If you are quoting an equivalent to the specified items, please send specifications with your submittal.

Quotes should be received by 3:00 P.M. on November 09, 2026.

Gwinnett County reserves the right to award by line item or by overall low quote submitted.

Gwinnett County requests a minimum of three (3) references where work of a similar size and scope has been completed.

In compliance with the attached specifications, the undersigned offers and agrees, within ninety (90) days of the date of quote opening, to furnish any or all of the items upon which prices are quoted, at the price set opposite each item, delivered to the designated point(s) within the time specified in the quote schedule.

Award will be made to either the highest scoring firm (for proposals) or the lowest responsive and responsible vendor (for quotes/bids). The quality of the articles to be supplied, their conformity with the specifications, their suitability to the requirements of the County, and the delivery terms will be taken into consideration in making the award.
