JPMC SOURCEWELL RFP #120126 SCOREBOARDS, DIGITAL DISPLAYS, AND VIDEO BOARDS WITH RELATED SERVICES

The Chief Procurement Officer for General Services (CPO-GS) has authorized that the State of Illinois and/or its governmental units may participate in the resulting contract(s) on a non-mandatory basis. This opportunity is being published in the Illinois Procurement Bulletin to only give notice to interested vendors; you must obtain the solicitation from the publication.

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish Master Agreements with qualified vendors to provide services related to scoreboards, digital displays, and video boards for all Participating Entities. The objective of this solicitation is to obtain best value and achieve more favorable pricing than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous state and local government entities.

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish Master Agreements with qualified vendors to provide services related to scoreboards, digital displays, and video boards for all Participating Entities. [...] The Master Agreement(s) resulting from this procurement shall be extended to state governments (including departments, agencies, institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e. school districts, counties, cities, etc., the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to approval of the individual state procurement director and compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory provisions.

The resulting Master Agreement contract(s) will provide Participating Entities with access to scoreboards, digital displays, and video boards with related services.

Sourcewell and supplier may agree to up to three additional one-year extensions based on the best interests of Sourcewell and its Participation Entities. Sourcewell retains the right to consider additional extensions beyond seven years as required under exceptional circumstances; however, contract vendors must submit an annual certification that they are still compliant with the mandatory minimum requirements and technical specifications of the solicitation.

In no event will the total term of any participating agreement, including the initial term and any extensions or amendments, exceed ten (10) years.

**Required:** Registration in the Illinois Procurement Gateway and in BidBuy is required before a participating agreement with the State of Illinois may be executed.
