Prices and rates for any product or service offered may be revised downward from the contract price, but not upward. New equipment must be tested before SOS agrees to purchase new equipment.

Vendor's Bid must remain firm for 180 days from opening.
Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder with the lowest total cost. This contract will be awarded in whole to one (1) vendor.
All questions, other than questions raised at the Pre-Submission Conference, pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Information Contact no later than 5 days before bid opening.
In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years.
