Custodial Services

Frederick County requires janitorial services for a variety of public buildings in the County. The facilities requiring services, the services to be provided and the frequency of services is further detailed below and in indicated attachments. The Contractor shall provide all services necessary to maintain the public facilities in a uniformly clean, hygienic, orderly, safe, and attractive condition which will reflect favorably upon both the County and the Contractor.

The estimated contract value group for this contract is estimated to be between **$300,000.00 and $340,000.00**.

The Contractor shall provide all services necessary to maintain the public facilities in a uniformly clean, hygienic, orderly, safe, and attractive condition which will reflect favorably upon both the County and the Contractor.

**Submission:** Only electronic submissions will be accepted through the OpenGov Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/frederickcountymd/projects/306050. Registration will take two (2) business days.

**Bid due:** Tuesday, November 17, 2026, 1:00 pm.

**Mandatory** pre-bid conference and site visit. Bids submitted by Contractors other than those attending the mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit must not be accepted, evaluated, or eligible for award.

Proposals shall be irrevocable for 120 days following the proposal opening date. Do not fill in or sign the sample *Agreement* attached. Contractors are encouraged to submit a redacted version of their bid submittal.
